Ormoteks was founded in May 1977 by Mr. Tunç Kermen and Kermen Family. Current company shareholders are Mr. Zafer Kurşun and Mr. Zafer Yıldırım, owner of Orjin Group, and Mr. Engin Ersoy, owner of Meba Tekstil. Our business partner, Orjin Group, is a well-known fashion group in Turkey and provides services to its customers in the production and export of leather and fur ready to wear. Our other business partner, Meba Tekstil, produces all kinds of ready to wear by processing various other fabrics and accessories, as well as circular knitted fabrics in its integrated facilities.

Our factory is in the same facility as Meba Tekstil in Istanbul Kağıthane and is located at the same location as UL VS Laboratories.

Production Area: Recently, we have increased our production areas from 4000 square meters to 4400 square meters. There are computerized stoll machines from 3 to 18 gauges in our facilities.

We have many years of experience in hybrid products that can be combined with fabric, leather and goose down. We use RDS and GRS certified goose down in our facilities. There are automatic sewing and feather filling machines in production, and our productions have been controlled by control software since 2004. In addition, thanks to the system we have developed, we can manage all processes, including stock, by keeping the technical details of the products we manufacture under record.

The sample process takes 2 weeks for proto samples and up to 6 weeks for Sales samples depending on the material. Minimum production quantity is subject to dyeing supply limitations given by yarn suppliers.
